Professional Indemnity Insurance requires you to complete a proposal in order to obtain
a quotation from insurers.
This proposal should be fully completed and include any other information you may
have that will assist the underwriting of this insurance. (ie. A copy of your resume;
company profile; details of qualifications; copy of contracts etc.)
The minimum sum insured is $1,000,000 (but you can choose any sum insured you wish)
and you can choose an excess - e.g.
SUM INSURED $1,000,000
EXCESS: $1,000, $5,000 or $10,000
OR
SUM INSURED $5,000,000
EXCESS: $1,000, $5,000 or $10,000
If you have been in business for some time and wish to cover your activities
from the commencement of your business, you can obtain Unlimited Retroactivity

WHO CAN BE COVERED?
- Each person, business or company and each current past or future Principal of the Insured's business.
- Mergers and acquisitions during the Period of Insurance (Interim Cover).
- Incoming Principals.
- Any Subsidiary Company engaged in the Insured's Professional Business Practice created by the Insured during the Period of Insurance.
- Past current and future employees.
- Estates and legal representatives
- Prior companies under which the Insured operated.
- Sub-Contractors & Consultants - for services provided to clients of insured only.
